Emergency Procedures

  • If you hear the fire alarm, evacuate immediately via the nearest marked fire exit.
  • Do not use lifts during an evacuation.
  • Proceed to the designated assembly point and report to the fire marshal.
  • Do not re-enter the building until told it is safe to do so.

Assembly Point

The assembly point is located at the main car park entrance. Your host will direct you.

General Site Rules

  • You must be accompanied by your host at all times unless in designated visitor areas.
  • Wear any required personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
  • No smoking anywhere on the premises.
  • Report any accidents, near misses, or hazards to your host immediately.
  • Do not touch equipment, machinery, or materials unless specifically authorised.
  • Keep walkways and fire exits clear at all times.

First Aid

First aiders are available on site. Inform your host or reception immediately if you require first aid.

CCTV

CCTV is in operation throughout this site for security and safety purposes.

Privacy Notice

We collect your name, contact telephone number, and photograph to manage site access and keep everyone on our premises safe.

  • What we collect: Name, phone number, photo, vehicle details (if applicable), and visit records.
  • Why: Site security, health & safety (including emergency muster), and GDPR-compliant access logging.
  • How long: Records are retained for 90 days then anonymised and purged.
  • Your rights: You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting dpo@brolo.co.uk.
  • Storage: All personal data is encrypted at rest using AES-256.

Confidentiality Notice

By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Confidential Information. During your visit you may be exposed to confidential, proprietary, or commercially sensitive information belonging to the organisation and/or its clients. This includes but is not limited to: business plans, technical specifications, financial data, product designs, personnel information, and customer details.
  2. Non-Disclosure. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or use any confidential information you encounter during or after your visit, except with prior written consent from an authorised representative of the organisation.
  3. Photography & Recording. Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited on site without prior written authorisation. This includes mobile phone cameras.
  4. Intellectual Property. All materials, documents, and information you access on site remain the exclusive property of the organisation. You must not remove any such materials without authorisation.
  5. Duration. Your confidentiality obligations remain in effect both during and after your visit, with no time limit.
